Daniel Cooke
Director
As Director of Leonard Oakley for over 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading a well-established, family-run business built on strong values and quality workmanship. Having worked alongside my father and brother in the early years, and now continuing the company’s legacy independently, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience across construction, fabric building repairs, and project management. My focus is on driving the company forward — continuing to support our clients with their compliance needs and delivering specialist building solutions with professionalism and care.
Victoria Allen
Finance Controller
With nearly a decade at Leonard Oakley and extensive prior experience in financial management across other firms, I oversee all aspects of the company’s finance operations. My responsibilities include managing supplier and customer accounts, overseeing credit control, handling payroll administration and production of management accounts — continually ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial functions. Over the years, my role has naturally evolved to encompass HR duties and the development of company policies, supporting the wider business in maintaining strong governance and a positive working culture.
Samuel Hill
Contracts Manager
With over 15 years at Leonard Oakley, I’ve gained extensive experience across both site and office-based roles — beginning as an operative and spending the past 13 years focusing on estimating and coordinating works. Over this time, I’ve developed a strong understanding of specialist fabric building repairs and take particular pride in identifying leaks and resolving complex building issues. My hands-on experience, combined with a problem-solving mindset, allows me to deliver practical, effective solutions for every project.
Office Manager
Szara Bearman
I’m currently in my third year at Leonard Oakley, working as an Office Manager with a background in construction document control and administration. I’m now beginning to expand into estimating smaller projects, while managing day-to-day scheduling to keep projects and teams on track. I enjoy combining my administrative experience with hands-on project support to ensure office and site operations run smoothly and efficiently.
